Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? We are currently seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Wandsworth that supports pupils with additional learning needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a school that provides tailored education and care for pupils who benefit from a structured and nurturing environment.

The Role:

• Full-time role (Monday to Friday, term-time only)

• Supporting pupils across a range of subjects, both in class and in small groups

• Assisting the teacher with planning, classroom activities, and behaviour management

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs (experience in education, youth work, or care is welcomed)

• Be calm, proactive, and confident in building relationships

• Be comfortable supporting pupils with a range of learning abilities and needs

• Show commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and positive behaviour support
