earning Support Assistant (LSA) – Full Time – Wandsworth
Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? We are currently seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Wandsworth that supports pupils with additional learning needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a school that provides tailored education and care for pupils who benefit from a structured and nurturing environment.
The Role:

Full-time role (Monday to Friday, term-time only)

Supporting pupils across a range of subjects, both in class and in small groups

Assisting the teacher with planning, classroom activities, and behaviour management

Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Have previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs (experience in education, youth work, or care is welcomed)

Be calm, proactive, and confident in building relationships
-
Be comfortable supporting pupils with a range of learning abilities and needs

Show commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and positive behaviour support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
