Learning Support Assistant

One of our partnership SEN schools in South Manchester are looking for SEN Learning support Assistants to join their team!

The school has fantastic facilities and staff are dedicated to supporting the young people in their care.

In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support children with special educational needs such as Autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy
• Support the class teacher to create exciting and engaging resources
• Help to record assessment of children’s learning
• And much more!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs
• Full time availability in school hours and looking for a permanent role
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service- this can be applied for through Teaching Personnel
• Experience handling personal care (Desirable-not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
