The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students, providing both one-to-one and small group support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students within the classroom to enhance their learning experience
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions
- Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND requirements
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
