Learning Support Assistant

One of our partnership SEN schools in South Manchester are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team!

The site supports secondary aged children with Special Educational Needs to achieve their learning goals.

In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support with the preparation of resources and activities of exciting and engaging activities
• Help to record in the assessment of children’s learning
• Develop children’s engagement and skills
• And much more!

The ideal Learning Support Assistant, will have:

• Experience supporting children with complex learning difficulties in a school or care setting
• A calm and patient personality
• An enhanced child and adult DBS on the update service- this can be applied for through Teaching Personnel
• Full time availability due to the needs of the children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
