Teaching Personnel is supporting a number of schools in Haywards Heath that are expanding their SEN support teams for September 2026.

This role is ideal for

• Mainstream Teaching Assistants
• Nursery practitioners
• Early Years educators
• Cover supervisors
• Graduates seeking school experience

You will gain experience supporting pupils with

• Autism
• ADHD
• Dyslexia
• Speech and language needs
• Mild to moderate learning difficulties
• Emotional regulation challenges

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
