Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in SEN secondary schools across Dibden. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and caring individuals who are eager to support young people with special educational needs in a rewarding secondary school environment.

The Role:

• Supporting students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Working one-to-one or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom

• Assisting teachers with lesson support, engagement, and behaviour management

• Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (secondary or SEN experience desirable but not essential)

• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting young people’s learning and development
