Learning Support Advisor – Primary SEN Support (Dibden Area)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Start ASAP

About the Role:

Teaching Personnel are seeking committed Learning Support Advisors to work within Primary Schools in the Dibden area. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs within mainstream or SEN-focused primary settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils aged 4–11 with special educational needs

  • Providing one-to-one or small-group interventions

  • Assisting children with communication, social, emotional, and learning development

  • Helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

  • Working collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs

  • Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience working with children or within SEN settings is advantageous

  • A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

  • Reliability and commitment to a full-time role

  • A genuine desire to support young learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
