 Learning Support Advisor – Secondary SEN School (Dibden Area) 
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Start ASAP

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Advisors to join a specialist Secondary SEN School in the Dibden area. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised assistance to students with a range of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students aged 11–16 with SEN in the classroom

  • Helping implement individual learning and behaviour plans

  • Providing one-to-one or small-group support

  • Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion

  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

  • Ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience in SEN settings is desirable but not essential

  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

  • Commitment to full-time, long-term work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
