I am currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants located within Basildon and surrounding areas to join a specialist school for SEN students of Primary and Secondary age.  The school is looking for a confident and resilient individual that is able to engage with reluctant learners on a one-to-one basis and in the classroom. Ideally the successful LSA will have physical and verbal de-escalation training.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will be supporting learners who are under performing in their subjects and assist them when implementing strategies to benefit the learners in self-esteem and confidence. You must be a strong role model, motivated and dedicated to providing outstanding support.

They are looking for a passionate person to create change and bring enthusiasm to assist pupils in day to day learning and routines. You will have a desire for working with young people and be looking to make a real difference.

This is a long term rolling contract, with great potential to become permanent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
