Learning Support Assistant:

Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their best? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Altrincham. This role will be looking to start ASAP.

Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Altrincham
Pay: £90- £95 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support to students with additional learning needs
• Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and activities
• Helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Supporting individual and small groups of students

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
