At Teaching Personnel we have the opportunity for graduates to gain relevant educational work experience whilst also being paid. A Secondary School based in Sale is currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP on a full time basis. The school itself is very welcoming and supportive, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in classroom environments. This role will be supporting an SEN child on a full time basis. The school itself is situated in close to many public transport links and there is also access to staff car parks. The pay for this role will be £90-£95 per day.

Main Duties:

• Providing academic interventions and support on core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
• Support an SEN child on a 1:1 basis
• Support and provide consistent positive encouragement

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant field (early years, psychology is desirebale)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong knowledge around SEN and additional learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
