Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: ASAP 
Salary: £85–£100 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in High Wycombe who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will support pupils across the school, providing additional help within the classroom and assisting with individual learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education, inclusion, and helping children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEN, EAL, or behavioural).

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities.

• Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.

• Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support as required.

• Help track and monitor pupil progress.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, or childcare setting).

• Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.

• Have good communication and teamwork skills.

• Be adaptable and able to take direction from the class teacher.

• Hold or be willing to apply for a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
