Teaching Personnel are currently actively seeking Learning Support Assistants for Trafford SEN schools. Learning Support Assistants are instrumental in achieving good and long lasting outcomes for pupils within SEN schools both socially and academically. LSAs support leaners by keeping them on task when their minds drift away, assisting pupils with more complex tasks and overall being a supportive force in the classroom.

Your role at the school would be to assist the class teacher and possibly support other TA’s in the room throughout the school day. Your main duties will include helping pupils with their work, assistance in group work activities, providing an alternative environment for the pupils to work to promote the pupils progress and help them reach their full potential.
