Learning mentors needed to work in South Manchester in the areas of Wythenshawe, Didsbury and Burnage. Our partner secondary schools in Greater Manchester are looking for learning support assistants, teaching assistants, behaviour mentors, role models and youth workers to support students who require additional support. You will be working with students who have learning support requirements in the areas of social emotional mental health, autism, ADHD and behaviour.
If you are looking to work in an educational setting and currently work in the areas of youth work, heath care, social work or sport coaching we welcome your application. Teaching Personnel are currently supporting schools throughout Greater Manchester with their support staffing and recruitment. If you are looking to become a teacher of the future working as a teaching assistant is the perfect opportunity to gain school based experience before applying for a PGCE or teacher training programme.
Highlights of the Learning mentor role;

**First hand experience working in a secondary school environment
