Leading Teacher of Maths – September 2025 Start
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) + TLR
Are you an ambitious and experienced Maths teacher ready to step into a leadership role? Do you have the drive and vision to help shape outstanding teaching and learning in Mathematics?
Our client, a large and inclusive academy based in Milton Keynes, is seeking to appoint a dynamic Leading Teacher of Maths from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled educator to take on a key role in a high-performing department committed to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
About the Role:

Leading on high-quality teaching practices within the Maths department
-
Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and modelling best practice
-
Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with the potential for KS5 depending on experience
-
Driving standards of attainment and progress for all learners
-
Contributing to curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and departmental improvement
About You:

A qualified and experienced Maths teacher with a strong track record of classroom excellence

Passionate about mathematics and dedicated to inspiring a love of learning in students
-
A confident leader and team player with the ability to motivate others
-
Experienced in supporting colleagues through coaching or mentoring
-
Committed to inclusive education and continuous professional growth
