Are you looking for a new challenge from September 2019? Do you feel like you have the right attitude and commitment to make a difference in a school? Then you may be in luck! A large client school in the Blackburn area, are currently working alongside Teaching Personnel in order to appoint a temporary member of staff for the full academic year. The school is located pretty much in the heart of Blackburn and the majority of children who arrive tend to be from a mixture of social backgrounds. The school is larger than average and with this, their Pupil Premium Funding and the SEN funding they receive; the school has a number of support staff employed through Teaching Personnel who are constantly reviewed and continued in their roles from term to term. This role will be exactly the same. The funding for the child will come through the local authority and be reviewed on a termly basis. With this, you will be given sufficient notice if the funding is stopped. If the funding does stop, there are always other children requiring support in school and the SENCO has said they would be able to offer further work. The working hours for this role will be every day 0900-1430.
