We are working with a welcoming primary school in BS13, Bristol, who are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role

Supporting a KS2 class with whole-class learning, small-group interventions, and 1:1 support where needed

Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible lessons

Helping to create a positive, structured learning environment that motivates pupils to succeed

Supporting pupils with varying abilities, ensuring inclusion and progress for all
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school (essential)

Confidence supporting pupils in Key Stage 2

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils and staff

A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to adapt in a lively, fast-moving classroom

A genuine passion for helping children thrive academically and socially
