We are working with a welcoming primary school in BS13, Bristol, who are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role

• Supporting a KS2 class with whole-class learning, small-group interventions, and 1:1 support where needed

• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible lessons

• Helping to create a positive, structured learning environment that motivates pupils to succeed

• Supporting pupils with varying abilities, ensuring inclusion and progress for all

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school (essential)

• Confidence supporting pupils in Key Stage 2 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils and staff

• A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to adapt in a lively, fast-moving classroom

• A genuine passion for helping children thrive academically and socially
