KS2 Primary Teacher – September Start

Full-time | Temp to Perm Opportunity
Start Date: September 2025

Are you an experienced or newly qualified teacher looking for your next opportunity?
We’re working on behalf of a well-supported primary school in Wolverhampton to recruit a Key Stage 2 (KS2) teacher to join their team from September 2025.

This is a full-time teaching position, initially on a supply basis, with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The school is part of a respected Multi Academy Trust that prioritises staff wellbeing, CPD and inclusive education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to a KS2 class

  • Monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and support

  • Create a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work closely with support staff, SENCO and leadership to meet individual pupil needs

  • Attend staff meetings, training and contribute to whole-school development

  • Maintain accurate records in line with national curriculum and assessment standards


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential

  • Recent or relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 2

  • Strong classroom management and confident behaviour strategies

  • Committed to raising standards and delivering high-quality learning

  • A proactive, flexible and supportive attitude

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
