Job description

Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to offer you in one of our highly regarded schools. This is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school within the Bradley Stoke area of Bristol. They are looking for a Full Time teacher to start in the final term of this academic year with opportunity for extension into the next year following a successful term.

This school is in the lovely area of Bristol and boasts a fantastic reputation as well as strong links with other schools in the area.

As a Year 5 – Key Stage 2 Teacher you will be required to provide a structured and direct educational experience, preparing suitable lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will need to be able to provide a high level of pastoral care and be able to identify warning signs and issues that may affect your pupil’s wellbeing. You will need to be enthusiastic and deliver enriched educational experiences through your teaching.

Qualifications -

  • Previous experience with Key Stage 2 pupils or pre entry work experience with children of a relevant age group
  • Enhanced – up to date DBS (Teaching Personnel are happy to offer guidance with this if necessary)
  • QTS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
