Position: KS2 Supply Teacher
Location: Bournemouth

Job Description:

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary and middle schools in Bournemouth and the wider Dorset area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in diverse classroom settings, while enjoying the flexibility that supply teaching provides.

As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Adapt your teaching style to suit the needs of different classes and abilities

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Maintain effective behaviour management strategies

  • Support student learning and progress through engaging and interactive lessons

  • Communicate professionally with school staff and contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching KS2 (Years 3–6) is desirable

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Adaptability, reliability, and a genuine passion for teaching

  • Willingness to travel to various schools across Bournemouth and Dorset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
