Job Title: KS2 SEN Outreach Tutor

Job Duties:
- Provide tailored educational support to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through outreach tuition.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
- Deliver engaging and interactive teaching sessions to promote academic progress and personal development.
- Ensure holistic support for SEN students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working as a tutor or teacher in a primary school setting.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Training in specific interventions for SEN students.
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling.
- Work primarily in educational settings such as schools, community centres or learners homes.
- Potential travel within the East of England region for outreach sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
