Position: KS2 Intervention Teacher
Location: HD7, Huddersfield
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible
Start Date: January 2024
Pay: £120-£160 per day

We are seeking experienced KS2 Intervention Teachers to work on behalf of our esteemed partner schools in HD7, Wakefield.

The Role: As a KS2 Intervention Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils' learning and development in Key Stage 2. You will work closely with individual students or small groups, delivering targeted interventions to address specific learning needs. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in identifying learning gaps, implementing effective strategies, and monitoring progress to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience in teaching KS2 students, with a strong understanding of the curriculum
- Expertise in identifying learning needs and delivering tailored interventions
- Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
- Enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with this if required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
