We're recruiting for a Strong KS1 Teaching Assistant!
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them achieve their best? Do you have the energy and commitment to support children in Key Stage 1 (KS1) as they take their first big steps in education? We are looking for a dynamic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to children in Key Stage 1, helping them access the curriculum.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Offer one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with both academic and personal development.
- Promote positive behavior and create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Help assess and track students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally working with children in KS1.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for supporting young children’s learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Patience, flexibility, and a caring nature to help students feel supported and confident.
- A team player, committed to the success of the whole class and school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
