KS1 Teacher – S36 Sheffield | Full-Time | Immediate or September 2025 Start

Are you a passionate KS1 Teacher looking for your next role in a supportive primary school? A welcoming school in the S36 area of Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to inspire and support pupils in Year 1 or Year 2.


Location: S36, Sheffield

Role: KS1 Class Teacher

Start Date: Immediate or September 2025

⏰ Contract: Full-time | Long-term | Temp-to-perm opportunities


Your Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons following the KS1 curriculum
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to support all learners
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

✅ Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 or 2) within a UK primary school
  • Good understanding of the national curriculum and phonics schemes
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
