KS1 Teacher – Permanent Position
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Cambridge
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
An Ofsted-rated GOOD primary school in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2025. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners and support their academic and personal development. They will work closely with colleagues to maintain the school's high standards and foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1)
- A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment strategies
- A commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a passion for professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
