Enthusiastic KS1 Teacher in Darlington!

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a love for inspiring young minds? We are looking for a talented KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Darlington, where creativity, enthusiasm, and a love for learning thrive.

Position: Key Stage 1 Teacher
Location: Darlington, County Durham
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, in line with experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.

  • Foster a positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

  • Experience in teaching KS1 is highly desirable but not essential—enthusiasm and dedication are key!

  • A caring, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning and development.

  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to the school's community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
