Full-Time KS1 Teacher – Blandford Forum


Start: January or sooner | Pay: Paid to Scale | Contract: Full-Time with Potential for Permanent Offer

Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Blandford Forum. The school is seeking a committed and confident KS1 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, with a strong possibility of being taken on directly by the school.

About the Role

  • Full-time teaching position within Key Stage 1
  • Teaching a mixed-ability KS1 class
  • Full teaching responsibilities, including:
    • Planning & delivering engaging lessons
    • Marking & assessment
    • Attending parents’ evenings
    • Contributing to the wider school community

About You

The ideal educator will:

  • Be confident teaching across KS1
  • Have a strong understanding of phonics
  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupil progress
  • Be willing to take on full class teacher responsibilities
  • Hold QTS or be an ECT

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
