KS2 Teacher – Full-Time | Reading | September 2025 Start
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Reading, Berkshire

Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school based in the heart of Reading. The school is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

About the Role:
This is a full-time teaching role, ideal for a passionate and proactive educator who is eager to contribute to the planning, preparation, and delivery of a broad and engaging curriculum. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the school community, taking responsibility for day-to-day classroom teaching and maintaining strong lines of communication with parents, carers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons for KS2 pupils

  • Support the wider school day and take an active role in school life

  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)applications without QTS will not be considered

  • Be passionate about teaching and committed to pupil progress

  • Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and a strong work ethic

  • Be confident in classroom management and building relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
