Teaching Personnel are currently looking for an experienced primary teacher to join the team of staff at a 2 for entry Bedford primary school. For this role you should:
- Have experience in a primary class setting.
- Be able to adapt teaching styles to the need of the pupils.
- Be either a FQT or NQT.
- Have a positive attitude and strong ability to work as part of a team.
Within this role there will be group lesson planning and preparation, creating a close working environment and a great level of support throughout this area of the role. The school is part of an academy trust meaning that there are great career opportunities available; they also have a history of fully supporting staff through their NQT year.
The school has mixed class sets including challenging behaviour along with a high number of EAL pupils due to the catchment area. Meaning that this role offers a great opportunity to make a real make change within the classroom and a difference to the overall improvement of the school.
The school has recently expanded their number of classrooms due to a new building being added to the site and also has further improvement plans for the future.
