Looking for your new role for 2024? 

Teaching Personnel work with multiple Primary Schools within Littlehampton and the surrounding areas of West Sussex, who are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals for positions as individual needs assistants to join their close knit teams. In this role, you will be required to support children on a 1:1 basis, ensuring to build a positive rapport and assisting their learning and personal development. We are looking for individuals who are available full time and have experience working in the education or care sector. 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Dedicated to making a difference to children's education
  • Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH
  • Confident working on a 1:1 basis 
  • Confident in behaviour management 
  • Be a team player
  • Be an enthusiastic and dedicated individual
  • DBS on the update service (or willing to complete a new one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
