Teaching Personnel works with multiple schools that require intervention, EAL tuition, Catch up and support for their children in the West Sussex. If you are interested in supporting teachers with the children reaching their academic potential then this could be perfect for you. The hours are flexible and can work well with a positive work/life balance. 

You will be required to:

  • Inspire children with enthusiasm and a love of learning
  • Hold a QTS document 
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the requirements of the national curriculum
  • Utilise a range of strategies for teaching and maintaining classroom behaviour in accordance with the school policy
  • Be responsible for the effective management of the children to encourage.
  • Be punctual and set a good example to the children
  • Plan intervention lessons.
  • Have a DBS on the update service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
