What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and additional learning needs.
✅ Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
✅ Act as a role model promoting teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour.
✅ Work closely with teachers to implement tailored support plans.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in education or transferable settings (school, youth groups, sports, mentor, clubs, ).
Experience with SEN highly desirable (personal, life experience, and work-related)
Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach to behaviour management.
A current DBS or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
