Inclusion Lead

Full time

Teaching personnel is working in partnership with a school in Northampton to recruit a full-time Inclusion lead to start as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to take a leading role in supporting inclusion, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for all pupils, particularly those with additional needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop inlcusive practice across the school.

- Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, and additional learning needs.

- Work closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, and external agencies.

- Monitor and track pupil progress and well being.

- Contribute to behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding strategies.

 

The ideal candiate will

- Have experience working in an inclusion, pastoral, or SEND- focused role.

- Demonstrate strong leadership. communication, and organisational skills.

- Be committed to promoting equality, clusion, and pupil wellbeing.

- Have experience in a school or educational setting (essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
