We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ICT Teacher to join our supportive secondary school in Chorley from September 2025, to cover a part-time maternity leave position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher to deliver high-quality ICT lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop essential digital skills in a dynamic and forward-thinking department.
The Role:

Deliver engaging and well-structured ICT lessons in line with the national curriculum

Support students of all abilities in achieving their potential
-
Contribute to the wider school community and departmental planning
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
-
Has experience teaching ICT/Computer Science at secondary level
-
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for digital learning
-
Brings excellent classroom management and communication skills
-
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
