IT Teacher – Portland
Are you an inspiring IT specialist with a passion for helping young people thrive in a digital world? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in the Portland area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT to bring creativity, innovation, and expertise into the classroom.
The Role:
You will be delivering engaging IT lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to develop essential digital skills and confidence.
The role involves planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a specialism in IT/Computer Science

Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for technology and teaching

Able to engage and inspire students of all abilities

Committed to raising attainment and supporting student success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
