Humanities Teacher (History Specialism) – Full Time
Poole Town Centre
Immediate Start | Long-Term to July 2026

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with a highly regarded mainstream secondary school in the centre of Poole, part of a large and successful academy trust, to recruit a full-time Humanities Teacher, ideally with a History specialism.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a passionate and committed Humanities Teacher to join a school with an outstanding local reputation. The role is available for an immediate start and will run full time until the end of July 2026, offering stability, support, and the chance to make a real impact.

The Role:

  • Full-time Humanities teaching position

  • Delivering KS3 and KS4 Humanities, with a focus on History

  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

  • Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress

  • Working as part of a supportive and collaborative Humanities department

  • Qualified Humanities Teacher (QTS/QTLS)
