Behaviour Specialist / SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Hayes

I am currently looking for a Behaviour Specialist / SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Hayes.

The role is available for an immediate start and is expected to be long term.

Pay: £90–£100 per day through Teaching Personnel
Location: Hayes
Start: Immediate
Contract: Long term
Hours: Full time

The school are looking for someone with experience supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviour.

You will be working closely with pupils who may need additional support with their behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils manage difficult situations and encouraging positive behaviour and independence.

Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or behavioural needs would be beneficial.

The school are looking for someone patient, calm and consistent who can build strong relationships with pupils and work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team.

Previous experience working in a primary school, SEND setting or behaviour-focused role is essential.
