Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a dynamic and growing SEND team at one of our partner schools in Cambridgeshire.
As part of a supportive and expanding school environment, you’ll play a key role in helping to create a positive and inclusive learning experience. We're looking for candidates with experience in SEND or those who are eager to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in this area.
Your Role:
- Design and maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that inspires pupils.
- Support the overall well-being and holistic development of all students by using a range of effective teaching approaches.
- Actively uphold and promote the school’s vision, values, and commitment to high standards and inclusive achievement.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to enhance each student’s educational and personal growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Passionate about supporting children with a ‘can do’ attitude.
✔️ Experience in SEND or those interested in developing their skills in this area.
✔️ DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
✔️ Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
