This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated education professional who enjoys supporting pupils across the primary age range while taking on additional classroom responsibilities.
The Role
- Deliver lessons and cover classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Lead small group and intervention sessions to raise attainment.
- Work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning.
- Assist in planning and preparing engaging learning activities.
- Provide targeted support for pupils requiring additional assistance.
- Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within a UK primary school.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Confident leading a class when required.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
