Salary: MPS/UPS with TLR

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Modern Foreign Languages.
*Proven track record of successful leadership within a language department.
*Strong understanding of current educational issues and best practices in MFL.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
*A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Evidence of successful curriculum development and implementation.
*Ability to lead and manage change effectively.

Responsibilities:
*Lead and inspire the MFL department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
*Develop and implement a forward-thinking curriculum that engages and challenges students.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes language acquisition.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular links and contribute to the broader school community.
*Drive continuous improvement through effective performance management and professional development of MFL staff.
*Oversee the tracking and assessment of student progress, implementing strategies to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.
