Guaranteed Work Contracts for Supply Teachers

This vacancy has now expired.

Job description

Due to a significant increase in demand, Teaching Personnel are excited to offering guaranteed work contracts for exceptional teachers based in the York and Selby area.

Every term, Teaching Personnel are able to offer select teachers a place on our Guaranteed Work Scheme which provides teachers with that all-important guaranteed income, whilst retaining the flexibility of supply work. We are currently looking for teachers able to teach across Key Stage One and Key Stage Two in and around the York and Selby area.

Benefits of the Guaranteed Work Scheme include:

  • Assurance that you will receive work in schools
  • Guarantees that you will receive income for at least the number of days (less one) that you make yourself available every week under the terms of the scheme
  • Means that you don't have to manage relationships with multiple agencies
  • Minimises your payroll administration and tax issues

How it works:

  • Once you have registered with us and built up good feedback in our client schools, we will discuss how many days you can commit to being free for supply work.
  • We will guarantee to pay you for every day less one (per week), even if there is no work available.
  • In order to be paid for not working, you will need to have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the scheme

For further information about the scheme, please contact Molly at Teaching Personnel on 01482 312040 or email
