Guaranteed Work Scheme
Teaching Personnel work closely with many beautiful schools in the East Sussex area that are experiencing high demand for supply teachers. You would have a dedicated consultant with which the school come directly to for course cover, sickness, and longer-term supply needs.
If you like the work/life balance of not completing planning and extra responsibilities but love teaching and helping schools run smoothly therefore ensuring children thrive and reach their potential, then our GWS scheme could be perfect for you.
Our guaranteed work scheme sets the amount of money you earn each week, without having to commit to a long-term role.

What you need to apply for guaranteed supply work:
- Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
- QTS - Achieved through a PGCE, Bachelor of Education, GTP or equivalent
- An up-to-date DBS, ideally registered with the update service (or willing to purchase one)
- Two teaching related references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
