Calling all Early Career Teachers (ECTs)! – Guaranteed Work Scheme
Location: Gateshead, Sunderland and Newcastle
Contract: Full-time, term time only
Pay: Guaranteed daily rate – even if we can’t find you work

Teaching Personnel are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Guaranteed Work Scheme – giving you the security of regular pay and the variety of experience across different schools.

How it works:

  • Give us your exclusive availability Monday to Friday

  • Be ready and available for work each morning

  • We’ll guarantee your pay – even if we can’t find you a booking that day

  • You’ll work in a range of schools, gaining valuable classroom experience

  • You must be able to drive up to 45 minutes from your home

We’re looking for:

  • Qualified Early Career Teachers

  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude

  • Willingness to adapt to different school settings

  • Access to your own transport

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
