  • Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson
  • Adapt to different classrooms, age groups and teaching styles
  • Build valuable experience ready for teacher training or school‑based routes

Ideal for Candidates Who Are…

  • Recent university graduates (ANY degree subject welcomed)
  • Aspiring teachers planning to apply for PGCE, Schools Direct, SCITT or other pathways
  • Unqualified teachers wanting school experience
  • Individuals seeking career flexibility: part‑time, full‑time or ad‑hoc
  • Confident communicators with good behaviour management skills
  • Positive role models who enjoy working with young people

No teaching qualifications required — full support and training provided.

Why Choose Teaching Personnel?

  • Flexible working to suit your lifestyle
  • Immediate start opportunities across Basingstoke
  • Access to CPD courses such as Behaviour Management & Safeguarding
  • Career progression into Teaching Assistant, HLTA or Teacher Training routes
  • A dedicated consultant supporting you throughout your placement
  • Opportunities to secure long‑term or permanent school roles

Start Date: ASAP
