Graduate Teaching Assistant – Psychology / SEN Experience

Location: Staffordshire
Pay: £92.95–£110 per day
Start: After Easter

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience in education?

Teaching Personnel are working with specialist SEN schools looking for graduates to support pupils with additional needs.

This role is ideal for those considering careers in:

  • Educational Psychology
  • Speech & Language Therapy
  • Teaching
  • Mental Health / Support Work

The Role

  • Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Helping students access learning in a structured environment
  • Working alongside experienced SEN professionals

We are looking for:

  • Psychology or related degree
  • Interest in SEN / additional needs
  • Strong communication and patience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
