Graduate - Teaching Assistant

The role would be working with children between the ages 11-16 either in small groups or on 1:1 basis. The pupils struggle with their concentration and behaviour and often lack a role model who can keep them on track.

It would begin immediately on a temporary contract up until the summer but with great potential for a permanent school contract in September if you are the right fit.

The schools Headteacher & SENCO have asked that the successful teaching assistant is degree educated and has a confident can do attitude. They want someone who isn't afraid of a challenge and wants to make a real difference to a pupil's life.

No teaching qualification is needed!
