Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a graduate teaching assistant for a client school in the Miles Platting area of Manchester (M40) to join their motivated KS1 team on a full time basis. This Teaching Assistant role will start as soon as possible, with the potential to run until the end of the academic year!
The Position is to work in a 2 form entry primary school which was graded 'GOOD' at its last OFSTED inspection. The senior leaders of the school are seeking an engaging teaching assistant who can encourage learning across KS1 to help raise attainment across all subject areas.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work in Year 1 or 2 classes as a general teaching assistant, assisting the class teacher with the day to day runnings of the classroom. They will be required to support children's learning in all areas, following the KS1 curriculum under the direction of the class teacher. To be considered for this positon, you must have:
- A degree in a related field
- A desire for a career in education
- An Idea of the KS1 National Curriculum
The right candidate will be dedicated to influencing the learning of young people and will be passionate about education. The Manchester school in the Miles Platting area are looking for someone to start in ASAP
