Graduate Teaching Assistant

I am looking for 3 Graduates to start at an OFSTED “rated good school” in January 2020. The school I am working for is looking for a core subject graduate who has strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. The role will involve working with individual students who have become disengaged from education and require 1:1 support to raise their academic levels to National Curriculum Level.

The opportunity would suit an individual who is looking to start a career in education or is looking to gain experience with the view for progressing onto a teaching course.

Graduate Requirements:

• Graduated by January 2020
• Core subject degree in Maths, English, Science, Geography, History, PE or Psychology
• Strong behaviour management
• 1:1 experience desirable
• Available for a January 2020 start
