Are you coming towards the end of your degree this academic year and looking towards finding employment in a school setting from September?
Teaching Personnel are looking to find aspiring teachers to work as Graduate Teaching Assistants in secondary schools across Liverpool as part of their exciting Future Teachers graduate scheme.
- Ideal opportunity for graduates looking at working in education
- Gain invaluable paid experience through graduate scheme (up to £350 a week)
- Opportunity to progress onto partner schools' teacher training programmes
- Join a school on a full time basis for a full academic year (September 2019 start)
- Work at a school in Liverpool (North/South), suited to your travel arrangements
Teaching Personnel are specialists in education recruitment and have joined forces with a number of our partner schools to create Future Teachers, a graduate scheme designed to address staffing shortages across Primary and Secondary schools in the UK as well as providing graduates with aspirations of teaching the opportunity to gain a fully paid placement in a school for a full year before progressing onto a teacher training programme the following year.
Whilst working as a graduate teaching assistant on the Future Teachers programme, you will undertake a number of responsibilities to provide a high level of support to students, but also to prepare you for your teacher training the following year by giving you tips and direction of best practice. You will help facilitate the learning of students across a specific department, using your subject knowledge and resources to help them reach their potential.
If you are set to graduate this year and would like to gain an introduction into your career as a teacher in the future, and would like to be taken into consideration for work as a graduate teaching assistant under the Future Teachers programme then please send your CV in response to the advert or call the Liverpool branch on the number provided.
