Our client secondary school is seeking Graduates to work as TA's within schools, offering academic support. The modern secondary school is located in North Sheffield and is easily accessible by car, and has good public transport links from Sheffield city centre.

As a Graduate TA, you will be supporting the department of your subject specialism. You will be working with pupils both inside the classroom, supporting the classroom teacher, and outside the classroom, providing intervention and support to specific pupils. You will be working with pupils both on a 1:1 and small group basis. The successful Graduate TA will display a sufficient level of behavioural management, where they can competently engage pupils within small groups.
